Your Life As a Maven:
- Perform asset management functions for all employee and network related assets according to current policies and procedures.
- Provide support for hardware, software, conference room AV, and/or network connectivity problems.
- Maintain problem status for each problem ticket assigned according to current standards and specifications.
- Install and maintain Anti-Virus and MDM software on all Maven Wave issued devices.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of file servers, and network peripherals (i.e., NAS, printers, etc.), network operating systems, applications, and utilities.
Your Expertise:
- 1-3 years experience with proactive support of PC and MAC based hardware / software and associated utilities
- 1-3 years of experience providing Audio/Visual support to an enterprise company
- Minimum of 1 experience with cloud based productivity software such as G-Suite.
- Support background ideal.
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field.
