Join Rally Health as a IT Support Specialist where you will check ticket queues, troubleshooting of network and WiFi related issues, and resolve technical problems with the computing equipment and software. You will also develop documentation and identify issues with our existing processes and own projects for improving the IT standards. As part of the IT team, you will report to the IT Support Manager and work with the Security, Compliance, and Networking teams.

You Will:

  • Check the ticket queue to ensure that new and outstanding requests are assigned and prioritized
  • Liaise directly with and support the Security, Compliance, and Networking teams
  • Assist end-users with troubleshooting of network and WiFi related issues
  • Assist staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop and laptop computers, peripheral equipment, and software
  • Work with support contacts to resolve technical problems with the computing equipment and software
  • Develop documentation and identify inconsistencies/issues with our existing processes
  • Identify and own projects for improving the IT standards within the department and across the company
  • Maintain a high standard of quality for conference room audio-visual equipment

You Have:

  • 3 or more years of relevant work experience
  • Customer service skills at heart and love putting a smile on your colleagues’ faces
  • Professional experience supporting Apple and Windows computers
  • “Active Directory” and “Asset Management” are not alien terms to you
  • Experience with at least some of the following: Atlassian products (Jira, Wiki, HipChat), Meraki Apps and firewalls, AV hardware (Polycom and Chromeboxes), and administering GSuite, JAMF, Desktop Central, Revation, 8x8, Office 365, SharePoint, Five9, and Genesys
  • Enjoy managing tasks, projects, and taking on leadership-type roles
