The Lead Administrative Business Partner helps establish new—and improve existing—administrative systems and processes across Cribl. The role is key to ensuring leaders are making the most of their time and enabling best in class administrative and operational procedures, activities and documentation. This role reports to the Chief of Staff and supports the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a high-performing team, coaching and mentoring administrative team members to set them up for long-term success
  • Manage an intense calendar with shifting internal/external meetings and frequent travel plans, securing all ground and air travel, booking hotels, drafting daily itineraries, and additional travel tasks
  • Support and coordinate the CEO's schedule, ensuring CEO is briefed on meetings and prepared for upcoming commitments
  • Display a high level of tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality when working on special projects as requested 
  • Act as a key thought partner to the business operations, IT, and operations teams stepping in to lead research, project management, draft communications, conduct analysis, and prepare presentations
  • Support company-wide event planning, including assisting with small and large department celebrations, team off-sites, internal events, and meetings
  • Offer facilities support, serving as point of contact for Bay Area office deliveries and ensuring the office space is equipped and stocked accordingly

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience growing and mentoring administrative team with strong functional expertise and influence while fostering a supportive learning environment
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities across multiple organizations.
  • Strong executive presence and communication, proven ability to influence and coach leaders, and exceptional interpersonal skills 
  • Possess a great deal of tactful judgement, initiative, and resourcefulness, flexibility, and problem-solving skills with the ability to see the big picture and “find a way”
  • Appreciation for the challenges of supporting a fast-growing team of diverse personalities and programs, and proactively implementing methodologies to scale 
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc)
  • Willingness to travel for offsite support approximately once per quarter
  • Strong preference for San Francisco Bay Area located candidates
