Job Description:

Discover Financial Services is looking for a talented lead Actimize and Accuity system administrator to join our compliance reporting and technology team. This exciting position offers the extraordinary opportunity to become an expert in our transaction monitoring and list screening systems. The successful candidate will also be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau reports for multiple teams across the organization. Responsible for assuring operational viability and availability of anti-money laundering, sanctions, and anti-bribery software programs. Partners with technology and anti-money laundering compliance teams to manage controls. Enhances existing software and tools.

Responsibilities

- Guides the implementation of changes within systems.
- Enhances system operability to be in line with requirements.
- Manages system administration functions. Ensures operational systems availability. Identifies runtime errors and interacts with technology teams and external vendors to ensure timely remediation.
- Partners with system vendors on future product enhancements and custom programming.

Skills:

Qualifications / Experience / Education

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Analytics or technical fields (BSA, AML, OFAC, KYC, FCPA/Anti-Corruption), or related field

Preferred Qualifications

- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Analytics or technical fields (BSA, AML, OFAC, KYC, FCPA/Anti-Corruption), or related field
- Lean/Six Sigma certification
- CAMS or similar certification

Melissa Douros’ design team stays booked and busy. After recently completing a brand overhaul, they are creating a unified digital design language across the organization. As part of these efforts, they launched a new mobile app and got to see its impact firsthand. “It’s rare to see reactions to our visuals, but we did extensive user research and roadshows. There is a smile on people’s faces, a connection being made — that is what we are striving for every day.” Up next, the team will be “eliminating cold handoffs” to ensure every customer interaction is a warm experience.

This team pushes themselves and each other to try new things as we work to deliver the best for our customers.
