We are looking for a Lead Platform Analyst to join our growing Experience Practice team! This person will lead customer and audience management implementations. Ideally, this person will come with consulting and share a passion for working with new technologies with other team members.

You will expand your skill set in customer data management platforms, such as CDP and DMP, as well as leading digital platforms like Adobe Experience Manager. Your team is made up of talented developers, leads, and architects working together to tackle problems and provide solutions to our client.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducts research to understand how a company functions and where a company can improve
• Analyses gathered information to form a hypothesis of company weaknesses and how to fix them
• Prepares reports, proposals, and presentations
• Stays current with the latest trends in business and applies them to existing business models
• Provide thought leadership in CDP through participation in industry events and blog posts
• Evaluates competitors to pinpoint advantages or disadvantages in the current market
• Background in data science a plusBuild analytics tools to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics
• Assist with data-related technical issues and define data infrastructure needs
• Engage and support analytics and data scientist teams to provide business value

Preferred Qualifications

• CDP experience is preferred however we are open to candidates who have data platform experience as well
• Working knowledge of CDP, DMP, and ETL technology
• Understanding of database and schema as well as how to gather requirements; consulting background a plus
• Experience with audience management and activation
• Experience with Redpoint, AgilOne, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Audience ManagerExperience with Adobe Experience Platform and other AEC solutions like Analytics, Audience Manager, Target or Adobe Experience Manager
