The Impact You Will Make
Vendor Management
- Daily communication with vendors to answer questions, provide updates, and prioritize volume via Slack and Gmail
- Lead regular meetings with vendors to discuss weekly/monthly/quarterly performance, projects, business needs, and changes
- Run, evaluate, and summarize data of vendor performance for contractual SLAs, like quality and turnaround time
- Create and maintain process documentation to ensure accuracy for vendor tasks to adhere to Grubhub's quality and policies
- Roll out new processes and guidelines to vendors based on fluctuations in company policies, legal compliance, and changes in task instructions
- Be the primary contact and act as the subject matter expert for the entire workflow
Data & Reporting
- Build, run, and track reports daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly for relevant business metrics
- Understand and proactively speak to the metrics for why they increased or decreased
- Actively impact metrics within the workflow to meet goals and improve performance
- Edit and maintain all reports using Salesforce and SQL based on changes within the workflow to ensure data accuracy
- Regularly audit reports to cleanup any "bad data" and communicate to vendors any bad practices to prevent further errors
- Analyze data to identify problems and gaps within processes
Project Planning & Execution
- Regularly brainstorm and create project ideas to directly impact and improve business metrics by thinking creatively, outside the box, and trying what hasn't been done before
- Build project proposals to present to management and senior leadership that outline the project, reasoning, cost, increased revenue, resources needed, and expected outcome
- Plan and execute projects within the team and send to vendors, taking into account all aspects of the project (ie: deadline, training, consistency, reporting)
- Manage many projects and responsibilities without negative impact to business in an extremely fast-paced business
- Track all project data's impact to metrics and report to management regularly
- Make adjustments to tasks as needed to hit desired results
- Meet all deadlines and communicate regularly with stakeholders about a project's status
Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with team members and other teams within the company
- Attend meetings to discuss business updates, projects, vendor performance, and other relevant topics
- Actively participate in team events and meetings by speaking up, listening, and engaging with coworkers
- Offer expertise, resources, and assistance to help team members when needed
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma + equivalent years of experience
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to be self-motivated and work independently
- Ability to think critically, influence, and creatively prioritize to solve problems
- Flexibility to adapt, balance, and tackle new challenges in an extremely fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to influence third-party teams to meet company goals & expectations
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and rapport with diverse audiences
- Excellent attention to detail and a drive to find and correct errors
- Ability to analyze and optimize processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Salesforce, and Excel
- Previous experience in data, project management, and/or vendor partnerships

Vaccination Requirement: Grubhub employees are required to be fully vaccinated, and must be able to show proof of full-Covid-19 vaccination, and booster if eligible, prior to starting employment. Fully vaccinated is defined as: "2 weeks have passed since your second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson's vaccine." Those eligible to receive the booster must receive the booster to be considered fully vaccinated, and those not yet eligible will be required to obtain the booster once eligible (6 months post last dose).
