The Role:

As the Lead, Strategy & Operations, Revenue, you will report to Associate Director, Strategy & Operations, Revenue and be responsible for end-to-end management of a business revenue program including revenue planning, operational effectiveness in your program, driving business critical insights and enhancements through performance reporting and analytics, and ensuring cross functional alignment on execution and revenue goals.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the opportunity identification process and drive internal alignment on product enhancement and development that would accelerate revenue in your vertical.
  • Collaborate with partners in Product, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, Legal and Finance to deliver revenue goals with data driven and customer first logic.
  • Track business KPIs and present to the leadership team during Monthly Business Review.
  • Partner closely with our Data team to translate business KPIs into reality using data engineering technologies and relentlessly automate reporting through dashboarding.
  • Develop analytical frameworks, tools, and techniques to measure program performance according to budget and forecast short- and longer-term resource needs for the vertical.

What you'll bring:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in a related field (consulting, business operations, strategy, analytics, investment banking).
  • High degree of proficiency using data to identify opportunities and optimize business. performance; familiarity with SQL, Google Analytics, Looker or similar tools.
  • Experience with creating and managing business performance reporting.
  • Skilled at developing data-driven business cases to support complex strategic decisions.
  • Strong collaboration and ability to influence cross functional team towards the common goal.
  • Versatile and able to shift seamlessly from big picture strategic thinking to detailed operations and tactical execution.

Location

Our company is located in the heart of downtown with great access to public transportation (both Metra & CTA), coffee shops, and restaurants. Currently our teams are working remotely for the foreseeable future.
