What You'll Bring
7+ years of experience in large-scale secured organization
Experience reviewing, translating, and speaking to user experience data, streams, trends, metrics, issues and maintaining detailed reports, and templates
Strong knowledge and demonstrated proficiency with Windows PowerShell, Microsoft Teams PowerShell, Skype for Business (on-premises) PowerShell, etc.
Strong and well versed with Enterprise IT, change management and ability to work on various quick-paced projects, timelines, etc.
We’d Love to See:
Strong technical knowledge of IP Networks, Ports, TCP/UDP Protocols, QoS, DSCP, Audio, Video, Application/Screen Sharing and Teams Chat Service.
Strong organizational skills, notetaking capabilities, and ability to take on multiple short- and long-term assignments while working on various activities and priorities necessary to meet objectives.
Exceptional troubleshooting, problem-solving and time management skills in quick-paced environment.
Flexibility to work late nights, evenings and weekends where required.
Flexibility to participate in on-call rotation and respond to phone calls, messages, and notifications.
Impact You'll Make
Be a member of a quick-paced team helping to drive Cloud Voice and Collaboration capabilities, solutions and procedures with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Phone System, Direct Routing, E-911, Audio Conferencing, Skype for Business with Enterprise Voice (on-premises) and Unified Messaging.
Support the solution, configuration, implementation, Voice and Collaboration capabilities, Enterprise Voice (on-premises), Unified Messaging and help with decommissioning legacy systems and services.
Troubleshoot and validate all services for Microsoft Teams, Phone System, Phone System features, Audio Conferencing, Skype for Business with Enterprise Voice (on-premises) and Dial-In Conferencing is functioning without issue.
