Job Description

• Responsible for the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to sales order processing
• Ensures all sales orders are processed in an efficient and accurate manner and that delivery deadlines are met
• Initiates processes and procedures for new high volume deals
• Determine the most efficient and expeditious way of managing the order process in complex or mass orders. Interface with various internal departments to resolve issues related to configuration, shipping, rebates, etc.
• May assist support level order taker/processors to resolve problems with customer orders
• Facilitate the generation of reports of current orders/backlog
• Facilitate Information of available inventory for the Sales Team to clean existing inventory
• Follow Up on current SI Backlog to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Logistics
• Fluent English
• +5 years of experience in Logistics
• Residence in the City Salamanca, Chil
