What you’ll bring:
· Minimum 5 years of sales and/or operations experience in the collection industry.
· Analytic experience by demonstrating strong acumen in applying analytics to solve client business issues and challenges.
· Demonstrated communication skills to all levels of the buying organization, including C-level executives.
· Ability to travel up to 60%
We’d love to see:
· Previous experience focused on strategic collection agencies, debt buyers, collection law firms and BPO’s.
· Ability to be the Subject Matter Expert in the third party collection space, sharing industry knowledge, expertise and insights with clients, prospects and team members.
· A track record of successful prospecting leading to new business opportunities/new revenue.
· Networking ability via collection conferences and industry events.
Impact you’ll make:
· Expectations in the first 90 days – understanding of the client and prospect base in your region in order to be prepared to consult on a wide array of products including right party contact, ski-tracing, fraud management and credit-based collection solutions.
· What you’ll accomplish beyond 90 days – prioritize and close new and incremental business to deliver against stated growth objectives.
· Engaging, assessing, leading and facilitating all business development with the local Geographic Sales Organization team to identify, present, close and manage business in a collaborative manner.
