Responsible for managing development teams that implemented an assortment of successful business solutions utilizing DevOps and Agile project management and delivery methodologies. Works broadly across the enterprise on BI & Analytics delivery for a variety of initiatives and groups. Serves as the Delivery Manager/Business Relationship Manager/Subject Matter Expert for BI & Analytics.

  • Performed annual headcount projections for each year's projects and support staff.
  • Managed performance tuning efforts for underperforming applications,
  • Reach and exceed SLA agreed on with business partner
  • Meet with Business partners in regular basis , discuss process improvements, enhancements and batch process challenges
  • Participate in RFP discuss proposed solution and provide feedback .
  • Responsible for overseeing the Cognos and TM1 platforms
  • Lead upgrades and patching as needed
  • Designed and implemented an upgrade method and data conversion strategy.
  • Managed project plan and resources.
  • Full software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Build support structure for the teams onshore and offshore
  • Executed online and batch performance tests, implemented improvements.
  • Designed Control-M batch processes, which utilized parallel processing to meet processing SLA.
  • Led onsite post-implementation support and user training in Mexico.
