Client Services
Applying a combined knowledge base in shopper insights, project operations and customer success, InContext’s Client Services team is hyper focused on managing and delivering client projects alongside our Client Development team.

THE POSITION

InContext is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurially-minded Manager, Client Services (Insights) to manage and execute research projects. This individual will become proficient in all our client VR solutions, with a primary responsibility for Shopper Insights based deliverables and solutions. The Manager, Client Services will advise and influence both internal and external clients, with data, facts and insights. To be successful, you will have a passion for Shopper Insights and demonstrate knowledge of trends, companies and products. 

THE IMPACT YOU WILL HAVE

  • Acts as the main point of contact on research projects; leads development of all aspects of client deliverables with a focus on design of research questionnaires, data analysis, and data charts and presentations
  • Reports insights to clients as well as provides recommendations; develops a subject matter expertise to understand the needs of our CPG and Retail clients as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Works closely with the Sales team to support the sales process of Insights-based solutions (design), as well as focusing on delighting customer in delivery (timely, quality, high impact analysis) to help cultivate future project work
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with senior members of Sales, Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Technology teams to deliver exceptional service

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of quantitative research experience delivering client-facing project work.
  • Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of quantitative research design, including questionnaire development, estimating incidence, data analysis, etc.
  • Has a track record of success working with cross functional teams and co-workers at all levels in a fast paced setting
  • Dynamic communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate between different disciplines and personality types; possess strong presentation skills and able to command a room
  • Driven and tenacious with the ability to deliver multiple projects against competing deadlines; top notch organizational skills and attention to detail
  • An openness to coaching, ongoing feedback, and continual improvement
  • An eagerness to contribute to a culture of camaraderie, recognition, and innovation
  • An insatiable curiosity to proactively seek out novel solutions and learn new skills
  • Working knowledge of CPG, Retail and/or Shopper Insights industries required
