The TransUnion Security program seeks a Cloud Security Operations Manager responsible for the delivery of 24x7x365 support for cloud security services. This resource will provide hands on management for a team of Security Operations support members focused on cloud security solutions such as CASB, Secure Web Gateway (proxy), and Private Access.
What You'll Bring:
Core Duties / Responsibilities:

• Manage 24x7x365 Cloud Security Operations Team
• Be a subject matter expert in SASE solutions (CASB, SWG, Private Access)
• Conduct daily operation and management of the current SASE solution, including event monitoring reporting, remediation, and resolution
• Integrate current and emerging security policies
• Create and maintain security-related documentation and SOPs
• Develop, enhance, and operationalize processes to better execute customer expectations
• Develop, run and maintain automated security operations processes

Impact You'll Make:
Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:

• A degree in cyber security or equivalent and 3+ years managing an operations team or support or customer facing functions
• Experience in SASE solutions such as CASB, SWG, Private Access, Proxy
• Strong decision-making skills and excellence in composure and professionalism while managing challenges
• Strong technical, analytical, interpersonal, communication and writing skills
• Experience in transformation of manual to automate processes using a CI/CD Pipline for such development
• Familiar with development methodologies
• Ability to automate repeatable tasks
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail

We'd love to see:

• 2-4 years of Netskope experience
• 1-2 years Remedy experience
• Operational experience with the following platforms: Web Application Firewall, Threat Detection and Response, IDS/IPS, Proxy, DLP
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM
