Manager of Early Career Programs, Americas at Morningstar
The Role: Manager of Early Career Programs, Americas, will help to oversee the Morningstar Development Program in the Americas and will also oversee Morningstar's Career Center for early career employees.. The Manager of Early Career Programs, Americas will have the goal to help build the infrastructure of internal career coaching for Early Career Talent globally, help to manage and grow the careers of our Morningstar Development Program participants, and find ways for us to scale the support of our Early Career Talent. They will also act as the face of Early Career Programs for both Early Career Programs employees and managers within the business.
Responsibilities:• Own and maintain program support for the Morningstar Development Program in the Americas.• Act as HR representative to our Morningstar Development Program population through management upskilling, owning employee growth lifecycle including career development and employee relations issues.• Build out formal tracks within the Morningstar Development Program. Maintain consistency of talent movement for the program.• Scale our support of the career center to all Early Career Talent globally• Support and grow existing Early Career programming in the Americas• Collaborate closely with the Program Managers of Early Career Programs and Early Career Program Leads across the world• Represent and promote Early Career Programs and the Career Center in the business• Engage with our DEI team to ensure we are creating an inclusive and supportive environment for our most diverse talent to develop once they reach Morningstar

In fact, we generally seek to provide opportunities that stretch our employees into areas where they aren't always comfortable as we have found this leads to the greatest level of growth and job satisfaction.• Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree• 3-5 years of HR business partner, Talent Acquisition, and/or people management experience• Good understanding of Morningstar's business and related industry trends• Passion for employee career development and growing early career talent• Experience with program management or implementing organization wide career programs• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that can vary to reach audiences at all levels of the organization
Nice to have• Talent Management, Client Service, and experience working across global teams a plus
