Job Description
Responsible for providing strategic and tactical direction for operational activities within the online application to improve the end-to-end customer experience and deliver incremental growth. Ensures efficient and compliant servicing operations while ensuring world-class customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Define, measure and improve the customer journey
- Enhance + design user experiences to remove consumer irritants & improve funnel conversion
- Design, manage + deliver a product roadmap, including: UX enhancements, optimizations & tech capabilities
- Partner with stakeholders to refine user + business requirements, grooming and prioritization to develop web environment, features and information architecture
- Lead A/B testing efforts to deliver incremental growth
- Implement initiatives with technical partners, working as project manager to ensure successful launches.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology to solve customer irritants & conversion blockers
- Identify and resolves risks and vulnerabilities detected in the website, developing controls and compliance practices for risk mitigation
- Collaborate with business partners on process enhancements, communicate operational implications, suggest alternatives that may achieve the same objectives but with more favorable impact to operations (e.g., lower cost, less complexity), and commit to approaches selected by leadership and leads their implementation.
- Ensure sound operational processes and procedures are developed and documented.
- Develop any necessary remediation plans and ensure their timely completion.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute activities that support business-partner initiatives across the
organization and ensures operations’ expectations for timeliness, quality, and efficiency are delivered in conjunction internal and external parties.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here is what we need from you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4+ years work experience in business, marketing, web development, web design, UX or related field or 6+ years of experience in Financial Services Operations
- In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in applicable line of business (Deposits, Personal Loans, Student Loans), or related field
Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in people management
