The People Operations & Global Expansion team is looking for a creative Manager, Shared Services who is eager to build the processes and infrastructure to scale complex operational issues. 

Responsibilities 

• Show ability to work in highly ambiguous environments and build solutions that have the ability to flex and scale with business needs
• Lead analytical and user experience initiatives working backwards from the employee experience
• Analyze the efficiency and costs of existing business processes and identify areas of improvement
• Create and present process improvement reports, oversee the implementation of new business processes
• Document and update new process and procedure policies
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to identify scalable changes regionally or globally that improve the employee experience
• Build strong, cross-functional partnerships with HR Business partners, HR Analytics, and HR Technology to maximize business impact
• Manage a team of HR specialists

Requirements 

• The successful candidate demonstrates a passion for organizational development, continuous improvement, and experimenting with new ideas to innovate in favor of the employee experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Operations or related field
• 5 years of experience in a program management or business operations environment
• Experience in a business environment with the practical application of leadership development, organization development, and talent management
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within and outside the organization
