How you can make a difference

• Contributing to the design, development, and implementation of At Homes strategic priorities with a focus on growth initiatives
• Partnering with corporate and market Medical Directors to ensure operational and clinical goals are being successfully met
• Conducting targeted outreach, to identify decision makers and qualify opportunities for At Home growth opportunities
• Conducting sales meetings and presentations with physicians
• Continuously following-up with interested physicians and managing opportunities to close
• Tracking all growth activities through regular pipeline reporting and prospect monitoring
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change initiatives to completion to improve overall operations and financial outcomes
• Follow-through on key goals and performance measures that advance organizational strategy and business plan

Skills for success

• Experience in start-up work environments where you can wear many different hats
• Experience performing under pressure with a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing what you say you will do
• You are solution-oriented and have a passion for being hands-on in problem-solving, strategic design and execution
• You are self-starting and maintain a high sense of urgency and accountability in delivering measurable results in line with agreed upon time-frames
• You have a personal commitment to promoting and providing excellent customer service
• You demonstrate the ability to cope with and manage staff through rapid growth, ambiguity and change
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and patience while interacting with customers and colleagues

Experience to drive change

• Experience in the payer or provider space with a focus on in-home care
• A deep understanding of value-based care and understanding of operations’ role in supporting success in a value-based model
• Continuous desire to innovate and share success and best practices across markets
• Strategic thinker with the ability to create vision, develop business plans and manage change throughout the organization
• 3-5 years of healthcare operations, strategy, or consulting experience
• Thorough understanding of the healthcare environment
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration
