Manager of Vendor Administration

The Hireology Business Operations team seeks a Manager of Vendor Operations to partner Sales, Marketing and CS Operations in building, implementing and maintaining all Revenue Vendors. They will have impeccable communication skills, a drive to problem solve, rigorous project management discipline, and an overall consultative nature. This is not a role for someone who is complacent. You will be realizing our company’s strategy through tooling to enable our teams to perform at their highest level.
- Report to the Director of Revenue Operations and partner with Sales/Marketing and CS Operations Managers to build the right solutions
- Manage
- Manage Systems Administrator and SF Developer to execute their weekly sprint work
- Run weekly sprint meetings with internal tooling team
- Lead business planning initiatives through strategic partnership with stakeholders
- Develop relationships and processes with sales, marketing, BI, finance, HR, operations, and other stakeholders to identify and address improvement opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in one or a combination of Business or Revenue Operations, IT Systems, Vendor Operations, Systems Administration
- Strong Critical thinking (what’s the BEST solution rather than just a solution)
- Experience managing and implementing vendors
- People Management experience a plus
- Salesforce experience a must
- Administration experience with the following vendors (a plus)
- Groove
- Gong
- Chili Piper
- Bizable
- Gainsight
- Zendesk
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company would be highly beneficial
- Sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership of a division
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management
- Ability to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly
- Rigorous organization, fluent multi-tasking skills, and comfort operating in ambiguous situations.
- Deep experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including extensive knowledge of Excel
- Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement new processes, procedures and policies
