About The Role
The Office Administrator is one of the keepers of culture at Yello, ensuring that every call and every office guest receive with a warm Yello welcome. This position is the first point of contact for the office and positively reflects the Yello brand to all guests and employees. The Office Administrator is responsible for the smooth day to day operations of the office. The role will include daily tasks such as answering calls, greeting guests, stocking supplies, and completing expense reports as well as larger projects such as event planning and coordinating meetings and travel.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Greet guests and employees
- Field and answer a high volume of calls and voicemails
- Manage conference rooms, maintaining a tidy presentation of all meeting spaces
- Receive and distribute mail/deliveries; manage shipping accounts (FedEx, UPS, etc)
- Maintain the office appearance, cleanliness and order
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly office events
- Maintain a customer service-centered attitude
- Manage executive and corporate expense reports
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls and travel
- Keeper of culture at Yello- always thinking of new ways to delight our employees
- Assist with other projects as needed
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience working in an office
- Know when to manage problems and when to escalate them
- Customer-service attitude with a focus on responsiveness, follow up and follow through
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills are a must
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
- Experience working with sensitive and confidential information
- This role frequently moves/lifts/carries boxes, equipment, etc up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to sit or stand for continuous periods of time
- This role frequently communicates/interacts with individuals, must have strong written and oral communication skills
