This Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join the Braviant team in Chicago. As the Office Administrator, you’ll be a go-to person for executive team support and will have your hands in a variety of day-to-day administrative needs that are integral to keeping our office running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Help executive team be efficient, effective and on track with various team initiatives.
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events (quarterly offsite events, holiday party, happy hours, lunch and learns, etc.)
  • Complete executive expense reports and book travel arrangements when necessary.
  • Brainstorm, plan and execute our health and wellness program.
  • Maintain all common office areas, including ordering of office supplies and kitchen supplies (including inventory control, stocking and vendor selection and management.)
  • Manage reception area and incoming/outgoing mail and shipping.
  • Assist in set up/break down of scheduled meetings and trainings.
  • Assist with interview scheduling and support onsite interview flow when needed.
  • Create and manage various internal communication campaigns.
  • Contribute to ad hoc tasks and errands as needed for the executive team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, office administrator, or administrative assistant with experience supporting team needs.
  • Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities.
  • Self-starting mentality: able to quickly assess priorities and take on tasks with limited direction.
  • Ability to digest detailed information into a clearly written and organized format.
  • Experience working with time sensitive needs of executive team members.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular.)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Our company is located in the heart of downtown with great access to public transportation (both Metra & CTA), coffee shops, and restaurants. Currently our teams are working remotely for the foreseeable future.
