Amount is seeking an Office Coordinator to support office, facilities, and administrative procedures. The right candidate for the role is well organized, flexible, enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting a growing office, and has proven experience working in an administrative function. Core responsibilities include streamlining administrative procedures, maintaining inventory control, managing office services, reviewing supply requisitions, and maintaining clerical functions.

What you'll work on:

  • Being the first point of contact for visitors and employees; ensure all are following proper check-in procedures according to our COVID guidelines
  • Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies and office equipment 
  • Responsible for tracking, ordering, and organizing inventory (office supplies, tech supplies, swag, snacks)
  • Address facilities and coordinating office needs with vendors (broken furniture, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
  • Ensure the office is kept in a clean and tidy manner, a clean presentation of the office is always necessary
  • Place catering orders for events, lunches, and Demo Days
  • Light mailroom duties including package distribution, notifications to employees, and communication with UPS/USPS personnel
  • Event support for company meetings, Tech Talks, and Demo Days
  • Operate within a fast-paced environment through effective time management, problem solving, and flexibility

Who you are:

  • 6+ months of customer service, office management, administrative support or assistant experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google suite
  • You’re an energetic professional who wants to wear multiple hats with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Operate within a fast-paced environment through effective time management, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Proactive! We're looking for someone who always keeps busy and finds something to do, making themselves useful
  • Flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an 80,000 square foot growing office
  • Resourceful, fair, empathetic and committed to both the business and the well-being of our employees and partners
  • You believe in servant leadership. No task is too small or too large. You are always ready to help someone in need, with a smile on your face
