Redstone is one of the fastest growing fintech startups in the country focused on streamlining creation of esoteric alternative asset classes. The fintech disruptor dismantled the MBS ecosystem, streamlining it with a digital platform that employs AI and machine learning tools to eliminate unnecessary steps and redundant time-wasting approval processes. Redstone's growing MBS partner network includes institutional and retail investors, forward flow partners, brokerages and mortgage lenders.

In pursuit of that mission, Redstone is seeking a dynamic individual to manage the day-to-day operations in a start-up fintech environment. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to help build and grow an organization. The successful candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment, be able to be flexible with exceptional multi-tasking skills to manage competing priorities.·       

What you’ll do at Redstone:

  • Support all team members with ad hoc projects and tasks; Ability to work cross-functionally throughout the organization including compliance, operations and investor relations
  • Serve as the first point of contact for several executives
  • Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office
  • Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
  • Provide direct supervision to all staff working in assigned area(s)
  • Independently problem solves departmental, administrative and facility issues as necessary
  • Serves as a resource to staff and practitioners
  • Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data
  • Ensures excellent customer service is provided within the department
  • Communicate effectively with all parties in a professional and personal manner
  • Provide training on scheduling systems
  • Knowledgeable of all applications necessary to complete accurate registration
  • Maintain kitchen (snacks, drinks, trash, etc.), and make sure area is tidy
  • Manage office inventory and stock as needed
  • Provide support for scheduled meetings
  • Coordinate and book travel
  • Coordinate catering orders for all meetings and events, including firm lunches, board meetings, and happy hours
  • Demonstrate tenacious, creative, resourcefulness and problem solving to resolve competing demands for meeting space, and excellent customer service in all communications required to reach effective solutions for all involved

  • A bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

  • High level of integrity, dedication, and motivation, and great passion for the tech industry
