Office & Culture Manager
We’re hiring an Office Manager to join our scaling Operations organization.
As Bringg’s Office Manager, you will be the heart of the Chicago office, our US headquarters. Being a strong cultural ambassador for Bringg, you will be handling a wide range of tasks and responsibilities simultaneously for various Bringg locations and bringing the best parts of our spirit into day-to-day operations.
Who’s on the team?
You will join our amazing team of operations professionals, and report to Bringg’s VP of Operations. Together we aim to optimize Bringg’s operating activities while collaborating with all departments to ensure maximum productivity.
What you are expected to deliver ;
- Serve as the point of contact for all office operations including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, managing vendor relationships, and ad hoc projects.
- Front desk reception-greeting visitors, handling deliveries
- Provide general overall facility management services, including continuous monitoring of the office space, infrastructure, equipment, and kitchen inventory
- Working closely with the HR team on the execution of HR operations related processes including new hire onboarding and employee offboarding (e.g. ordering, distribution and collection of IT equipment, signing paperwork etc.). Ensure follow through of the on and off boarding processes by all cross functional teams and sites (US, LATAM, EMEA)
- Responsible for coordination of employee experience related activities in US/LATAM/EMEA (e.g. team events, happy hours, swag etc..
- Supporting and coordinating customers, employees, and investors’ visits
- Flights and business trips- Coordinate and manage the company's travel plan and itineraries for US/EMEA/LATAM based employees including: flights, hotels, insurance, event logistics and more
- Ensure that the health and safety policies and practices are implemented and are up to date (Covid19, first aid, building security system))
- Support the finance department in back office administrative management of company benefits (subscriptions, payments etc.)
- Issuing attendance and time-off reports per location and per need.
- Working with external providers
- Coordination of volunteering / community activities
