Your impact.
- Manage daily operational tasks that support a work environment where employees can thrive, including managing space planning, furniture, ordering office workstation supplies, inventory of kitchen, etc.
- Vendor management of all consumables and office supplies, building management (cleaning, etc.)
- Plan and execute company events
- Onsite point of contact for all HealthJoy guests and employees
- Manage ad-hoc requests and projects requested by leadership (including travel)
- Create and execute process for moving into new office
Your experience.
- 1-2 years of relevant job experience (office management-, administrative-, project-, customer service experience)
- Self-starter with an ability to excel in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
- Strong organization, communication, and planning skills
- Experience developing consultative relationships, including the ability to influence decision makers
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs on a regular basis
