About the Role:

We are looking for an Office Manager to be responsible for the general operation of our office. Some responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, ordering office supply and keeping inventory, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees.

Previous experience as an office manager or administrator would be an advantage. A successful Office manager should also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.

Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

Responsibilities:

• Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Responsible for creating presentations and marketing material
• Responsible for recruiting new employees for open roles and keeping the process organized and up-to-date
• Assist with new hires and maintain office policies as necessary
• Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
