Job Description

The Office Manager will manage the office space and provide support to multiple Daxko Leadership team members. The role includes organizing special events, preparing and researching special projects, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing calendars. This role is responsible for ensuring an exceptional office space that provides a welcoming and hospitable environment for visitors and team members. In this role, you will ensure the office environment efficiently operates by maintaining adequate supplies and resources, and will effectively build rapport with team members, visitors, and vendors.
Responsibilities:

  • Actively and enthusiastically foster and contribute to Club Automation’s unique culture. As the front-line person, the Office Manager will provide exceptional customer service to vendors, visitors, and team members
  • Maintain a high-end appearance and experience for visitors and a productive work environment for Club Automation team members
  • Establish relationships with and serve as liaison to vendors and building management
  • Plan, organize, and implement various office team functions and special events on a large (e.g., annual holiday party and community service projects) and small scale (e.g., in-office treats or happy hours)
  • Manage the work of the Office Assistant by preparing daily checklists and assisting with time management
  • Manage the Club Automation Food & Beverage Programs
  • Provide team member assistance with printing requests, mailing and deliveries, and other miscellaneous requests
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Gather data and reports for analysis and provide research for ad hoc projects
  • Provide Executive Assistant support for multiple members of the Daxko Leadership team including coordinating travel, managing calendars, and preparing presentations
  • Coordinate company-wide culture and team engagement activities as a member of the Daxko Culture Committee

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or mixture of education and experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and sustain relationships
  • Knack for managing processes and people
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Technically savvy
  • Flair for using creative skills for organizing events and preparing presentations
  • Willingness to work in a team environment
