Executive Assistant/Administrative Assistant
Mission:
The Executive Assistant/Administrative Assistant will provide support to a group of DAIS professionals at our two offices located in Chicago. This person will be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly, providing our team the support they need, and acting as a vital point person for daily office activities. This role is a perfect fit for someone who likes variety, learning, and being challenged.
Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional broad-spectrum administrative and office management support
Act as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and partners
Administer New Hire Orientation and Onboarding in close collaboration with Human Resources
Manage office needs, equipment selection and procurement, office supplies, furniture, etc.
Administer online corporate-wide collaboration tools such as Slack, G Suite, Jira, Concur, Zoom, etc.
Assist finance team with expense tracking, expense reimbursement, and reporting
Bridge functional teams and finance in fulfilling various reporting needs
Manage travel for the Executive Team
Collaborate with internal and external groups in organization of corporate events

Role Specific
2+ years of relevant experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), Adobe Acrobat, Google Drive, etc.
Tech savvy, able to quickly learn new technologies
