Role Responsibilities: 

Vouch is looking for a Chicago based Office Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring that our offices run smoothly and all that Vouch team members have everything they need to be happy and productive in our office locations. 

Job Duties:

• Maintain office space in working condition; optimizing the use of space, keeping clean and tidy, and ensuring that all resources are working correctly 
• Liaise with property management on facilities issues and improvement
• Organize team events, off-sites, meetings and travel
• Ensure office supplies and snacks are fully stocked 
• Assist with office technology, coordinating with IT team
• Set up new team members with building access, desk preparation, etc.
• Manager office related vendors 

Experience/Skills Desired:

• 4+ years of work experience 
• Experiencing managing offices moves and office build outs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and retain professionalism and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-motivated mindset
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Previous start-up experience is a plus!
