Office Services Coordinator at Guaranteed Rate

- Receive and process office supply orders.
- Route office printer/copier service repair and toner requests.
- Assist with branch office opening and closing activities (coordinate vendor services, compile office equipment inventory reports, etc.).
- Asset tag new computer equipment when received into company inventory.
- Help direct traffic for day to day office services management.
Competencies and Physical Requirements:
-1-2 years experience in Office Coordination
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Customer Service and Professionalism
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 lb.
