The goal of this role is to facilitate and manage our relationship with submitting brands, initially focused on outreach tied to retailer mandated onboarding and transitioning to maintenance, utilizing our relationship with the CPG/Brand user as a leverage point to ensure currency and completeness of onboarded data.

Key Challenges Ahead of the Onboarding - Outreach Lead

  • Implementation of scalable currency and completeness initiatives.
  • Leveraging Looker to help prioritize and facilitate outreach initiatives.
  • Implement models and metrics that allow the Onboarding XFN team to create scalable solutions within the onboarding platform to provide transparency into product progress and prioritization.
     

Onboarding - Outreach Lead

We are looking for an Onboarding Outreach Lead to be join our team. This role is responsible for  CPG supplier onboarding initiatives with some of the leading Grocery retailers in the US. This group works to ensure our customers and their suppliers are successful in onboarding their entire supplier network. You will manage client relations with both retailers and CPG brands/suppliers, drive execution of client deliverables, identify process and product optimization opportunities, support day to day issues and solve problems in a fast paced exhilarating environment.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer engagement in regards to supplier onboarding with meetings, calls, online conversations and marketing pages
  • Communicate our company strategy to educate both retailers and suppliers
  • Liaise with customers on a regular basis to ensure all retailer onboarding milestones are on schedule
  • Create and manage client-specific schedules as they relate to onboarding
  • Create and maintain onboarding metrics used to report to management around success rates, staffing, efficiency, and costs
  • Understand and respond to customer inquiries by working with them to solve their challenges around onboarding
  • Leverage workflow tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot to automate and optimize the onboarding process
  • Work with internal and external teams on processing improvement and optimization to continuously improve and maintain the Label Insight proprietary data onboarding process
  • Support Customer Success and Sales teams in researching potential customers, preparing customer demos and correspondence, creating presentations, and other needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required (Business, Marketing, Education, Communications or related fields).
  • Experienced with creating process flows and business requirements documentation
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel functions and formulas
  • Experience with client management and/or communicating with clients
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
