We are hiring Operations and Product Support Associates to grow our Operations Department as we quickly expand our customer base. This early career position is well suited for a recent college graduate with some relevant work exposure.

As an Operations and Product Support Associate you will gain a deep understanding of our customers and of how Package Zen works. Excelling in this role would put you in a great position to move into more senior roles working with existing customers (Customer Support and Customer Success) or acquiring new customers (Sales and Business Development)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Set up new accounts, onboard and educate new customers, and implement changes to existing accounts
  • Manage, schedule, and train offshore support staff
  • Perform product operations tasks within our administrative dashboard. This includes solving one-time errors, cleaning up data mistakes, as well as basic data-entry.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies within our product operations and customer service process.
  • Interact and communicate effectively with our close-knit team, whether in-house or remote.
  • Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customers’ problems when using Package Zen’s service

WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • Bachelor degree; with relevant experience gained as intern or in 1-2 years post-graduation.
  • Organized, able to focus on priorities while ready to deal swiftly with unexpected challenges.
  • Detail oriented - as in actually detail oriented - because minor differences can be very important to our customers.
  • Positive, empathetic, responsible, helpful, motivated, and ready to solve problems – small and large
  • You love technology and enjoy working with people. You are curious, ready to learn, and can explain new concepts to others effectively.
