Farmer’s Fridge is on a mission to make it simple for everyone to eat well. We serve healthy, handcrafted meals and snacks from our growing network of 400+ software-enabled vending machines that we refer to as smart Fridges, and a new direct-to-consumer business. We are seeking an Operations Associate, who will be responsible for coordinating Fridge installs and removals by partnering with internal teams, third party vendors, and our clients. You will track the movement of our Fridge assets and maintain asset data in an asset management system. You will also provide dispatch and field support, whether working with our Drivers and Customer Service teams to troubleshoot issues in real time, or becoming an Airport Signatory to secure badges for our field teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with the sales team to identify upcoming Fridge installs, moves, and removals and coordinate these events
• Liaise with our clients to gather information and ensure that we have necessary certificates and access for each site
• Create tracking and reporting systems to analyze data, identify trends, and share opportunities for improvement with stakeholders
• Participate in sales pipeline discussions to understand forecasting
• Manage client relationships to ensure best onboarding experience, promptly addressing needs and providing them with consistent and reliable information
• Work with our Logistics team to create routes, track delivery, and report on delivery metrics
• Support our Drivers and Customer Service with day of delivery questions
• Track Fridge assets in our Asset Management System (eMaint)
• Become an Airport Signatory in select markets, securing and tracking badges for our Field Teams

Who You Are:

• You possess a strong attention to detail and are proud of your organizational skills
•  
• Highly skilled in Excel and Google Suite
• Technically proficient and adaptable with different software. Some of the systems you’ll use here include Salesforce, Shopify, eMaint, Routific, and Slack. Previous experience with some or all of these preferred.
• Extremely collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally
