Responsibilities
Use resources to engage current workers and/or secure new talent for unfilled shifts.
Assist filling events two weeks in advance.
Track success rate of different recruitment methods.
Further Project Plans on various events.
Flag troublesome events to Customer Success Managers when needed.
Assess staff quality and on brand qualities/attributes.
Manage re-engaging staff prior to events to ensure they will be attending.
Monitor Specialists’ first shifts: confirming/preparing them.
Sync with Customer Success Managers on projected activity.
Monitor client-specific training completions (Bridge).
Event-specific communication, schedule management (removing no-shows), compliance, etc.
Support on-site events when appropriate.
