WHAT DO WE NEED?

The Operations Coordinator is a major contributor to the quality, accuracy and evolution of SPINS Content Services. This skillful multi-tasker builds on prior project management experience and is responsible for coordination of auditing and quality control projects across an expansive and dynamic database of product information. A problem-solving mentality combined with technical skill motivates this candidate to ensure timely and effective completion of auditing and quality control projects within the Content Services organization. A desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment will be important for success

WE'LL BE COUNTING ON YOU FOR...

You'll be responsible for developing a deep knowledge of all aspects of auditing projects and for defining priorities and coordinating planning and execution of auditing and quality control projects. You'll ensure the completion of quality control for Library deliverables and data release and effectively communicate project status to all key stakeholders and team members. In addition, you'll identify quality control risks and mitigation plans to minimize impact on deliverables. You'll also improve working practices to address problems, ensuring scalability across dynamic product information. 

YOU PROBABLY HAVE...

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 years’ project management experience or equivalent
  • 2 years’ experience analyzing large datasets and/or Master Data Management
  • Ability to track and manage multiple projects
  • Problem-solving mentality paired with strong oral, written, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and against compressed timelines
  • Exposure to natural/organic/specialty gourmet grocery product sales data desired
  • Exposure to systems analysis and process design a plus
  • Adept at learning new technologies and business functions
