Position Overview:

Fooda is currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to support our growing number of markets and their daily support needs. This role works closely with the account management teams nationwide and will be responsible for providing daily troubleshooting support for our menus and helping improve corporate operating processes. Duties will include monitoring digital menu screens, monitoring our support hotlines, and communicating with Fooda employees and restaurants in all of our markets.

  • You are experienced in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint

Your Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert on our product and propriety software so you can provide internal operations support across all of our products and for all of in-market employees
  • Manage and maintain our database of menus for our markets nationwide, including monitoring daily events to ensure menus are successfully uploaded and showing appropriately on displays
  • Troubleshoot issues with Fooda employees and restaurants through our Menu Board hotline
  • Eventually take on more responsibilities and manage projects as you grow at the company
  • Assist markets concerning troubleshooting via email and phone
  • Communicate with our external software and hardware representatives

Our office is a convenient 6 minute walk from Ogilvie and Union train stations and a 3 minute walk from the Washington/Wells Brown line stop.
