Responsibilities of the Role

→ You will be one of our lead people responsible for troubleshooting devices (technical savviness is required).

→ You will work with contract partners across the country to resolve issues in a timely manner.

→ You will research and handle one-off operations projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications of the Role

→ 3+ years in an IT/Hardware, or Network administration environment
