Echo is seeking an accountable and resourceful Operations Specialist in our Premier Client Management department to support our largest accounts with attention to detail, flexibility, and a drive to learn.

The Premier Client Management (PCM) team is focused on operational excellence and strategic account growth of Echo’s top National truckload clients. You will help achieve team goals by executing the day-to-day operational processes of the account team including but not limited to load building, appointment scheduling and track and trace ensuring we exceed customer expectations. Working closely within your team, you will execute all necessary functions based on the needs of the client and of PCM.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Echo’s proprietary software to build all shipments assigned to the team
  • Schedule pickup and delivery appointments based on customer specific needs and priorities
  • Track and Trace loads internally/externally based on milestones
  • Escalate track and trace issues/non-responses to AE
  • Monitor emails
  • Retrieve and upload all necessary invoices and paperwork and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner as a back up to PCM’s Accounting Coordinator.

Requirements:

  • Earned College degree
  • Task oriented
  • Ability to follow standard operation procedures with little oversight
  • Enjoy working in a team environment but complete their own deliverables daily
  • Professional, courteous, and cooperative
  • Reliable and willing to learn
