40% of US farmland is rented creating a $32 billion/year market. However, very little data on pricing and relative performance exists leading to a very inefficient market and to price distortion on both ends of the spectrum. Tillable was created to introduce data transparency to this market and make it more efficient to the benefit of all parties. The Tillable marketplace will provide price discovery, unprecedented access to new land, and information management, in one easy to use platform.


What You Will Do

  • Primary responsibility is to support customer onboarding and help users have a successful experience with Tillable.
  • Pinpoint customers’ needs and create processes that captures the information.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
  • Provide feedback to the product manager on issues and improvements.
  • Proactively call customers to gauge their experience with the product.
  • Resolve issues that arise throughout the process from beginning to end. 
  • Assist with general office management and administrative work.

 
Required Experience

  • 2-3 years of customer success or operations experience in software or SaaS based companies
  • Office management and/or administrative experience
  • Experience with Google Apps, Microsoft Office, and remote presentations to customers.
  • Experience interfacing with sales and product management.
  • Positive, upbeat approach towards solving problems.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment where the only constant is change.
  • Prior SaaS or tech experience is a plus.
