What you will be doing
As part of the Order Success team, you’ll be supporting our sales and support teams, providing world-class internal service as well as updating external customers promptly about any order issues or shipping information.

Experience
- 2 years prior experience in customer support, especially via e-mail and phone.
- Ability to manage multiple applications running at the same time.
- A passion for service focused on both internal and external clients.
- Strong computer skills including Google Suite, Slack, and Salesforce.

Tasks Include
- Maintain your individual inbox in Google Suite
- Assist in the maintenance of the team case queue in Salesforce & using Salesforce Gmail plug-in
- Process and entering shipping and invoice data.
- Communicate with vendor representatives for order execution and shipping information.
- Communicate with customers on shipping expectations and potential delays.
- Facilitate returns / refunds etc. as needed
- Detail order issues and follow-up within Salesforce
- Follow up on aging orders with vendors & internally.
