Beyond Finance has the opportunity for you as an Organizational Development Manager! Reporting into the VP of Talent Strategy. You’ll work on our organizational effectiveness strategy including professional development, preparing people to be great managers, career paths and much more. This opportunity is for someone who likes to bring creativity into the work that they do, deliver results, inspire curiosity, and elevate others.
What will you be doing?
- You will be a change agent that can collaborate and build relationships across the organization to deliver positive results, driving organizational change
- Partner with HR and business leaders on targeted training to maximize human capital, and develop and deploy tools, strategies, and programs to enable the engagement, performance, and growth of our teams
- Collaboratively design various organizational development programs including high-potential professional development, and other talent development and performance management programs.
- Support the entire performance management cycle including embedding best practices across the business in areas such as coaching, goal setting, career pathing, feedback, and career development opportunities.
- Building out our Leadership Development program, including tools and resources to better equip our managers to coach and lead employees
- Working with business teams to develop effective utilization of talent and elevate performance
- Consult with HRBPs and managers to address behavior and skill based development needs, as well as on one on one coaching for employees and managers
- Create materials and facilitate group trainings to varying audiences on best-practices such as project management, people management, goal setting, values, communication
- Leverage analytics to enhance existing programs and processes, and drive internal thought leadership and best-in-class programs
- Evaluate and monitor effectiveness of programs by analyzing data and providing feedback on enhancements needed
- Keep a pulse on the market to understand trends in organizational development best practices and ideas; function as a liaison with academic, professional organizations and other external providers as needed to enhance performance and talent programs.
What you will bring in experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or another related field. Masters preferred.
- At least 7 years of related experience with a minimum of 5 years working in organizational development as a consultant to management and sr. level employees
- Ability to set direction and deliver practical business solutions.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate groups and present
- In depth knowledge of organizational development activities.
- Ability to positively influence and coach at all levels within the organization to drive change.
- Strong digital and creative skills to create professional products and presentations.
