We are looking for a collaborative, detail oriented, proactive and highly organized Organizational Development (OD) Specialist to manage a variety of existing OD initiatives that drive employee performance and engagement, including helping to execute on our performance reviews strategy, supporting initiatives related to our commitment to ongoing feedback, managing projects for our internal survey administration and analysis, administering our leadership assessments and more. In this role, you'll also work closely with members of the Organizational Development + Learning team as we plan and execute on new initiatives including evolving our approach to offering on-demand, virtual leadership coaching, and implementing processes to help Sprout to thrive as a global, distributed team.

Qualifications
These are the minimum qualifications that our hiring team is looking for in this role:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an OD or OD-adjacent role within a high growth environment across distributed teams.


Additionally, these are the preferred qualifications that would indicate a particularly strong candidate:

  • Experience using performance management or survey software (e.g. Lattice, Culture Amp)
  • Experience using Excel to conduct VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
  • Ability to communicate effectively with and across stakeholders at all levels


Within 1 month, you will...

  • Complete Sprout's New Hire training program alongside other new Sprout team members. You'll gain a broader understanding of our product, our people, and how your role fits into the organization
  • Understand as much as you can about the culture, products, teams, and projects of Sprout to creatively support our award winning culture
  • Conduct initial 1:1s to develop relationships with key stakeholders
  • Review past employee survey data to develop an understanding of employee engagement trends
  • Familiarize yourself with Sprout's existing performance reviews & feedback programs and initiatives
  • Gain experience with that platforms we use for performance management & employee surveys and begin to shadow administrative aspects of managing the platforms


Within 3 months, you will...

  • Take on ownership of day-to-day management of our performance management & employee survey platforms
  • Evaluate potential platforms for 1:1 virtual leadership coaching and make recommendations on how to evolve our current approach at Sprout
  • Support with administering developmental assessments (Hogan) to participants in Sprout's leadership development program
  • Support with initiatives related to building a culture of ongoing feedback at Sprout


Within 6 months, you will...

  • Partner with Performance and Organizational Development Insights Lead to execute Sprout's annual employee engagement survey
  • Manage implementation of virtual 1:1 coaching platform alongside our vendor and oversee this partnership as a key part of our leadership development offerings at Sprout
  • Act as subject matter expert for our performance management & employee survey platforms and identify new opportunities for us to leverage the platforms and/or streamline processes


Within 12 months, you will...

  • Manage annual performance review project execution, in partnership with key stakeholder groups including People Business Partners, People Operations and Internal Communications
  • Begin to contribute OD expertise and consultative support for other internal initiatives and programs
  • Surprise us! Use your unique ideas and abilities to change Sprout in beneficial ways that we haven't even considered yet.
