The Role:
Future Finance is currently searching for a bright and energetic person for a cross functional role, as Chicago’s Office Manager. You will have responsibility for the employee experience in our Chicago office including the coordination of recruitment and HR activities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a startup with a proven executive management team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and goal-oriented, have a strong work ethic and great communication skills, and enjoy a fast paced, collaborative environment. You will be part of a great team, but will need to be able to work on your own initiative and apply critical thinking to suggest and implement improvements. Your Responsibilities
Maintain an impeccable (and relaxed!) work environment, by keeping the office pleasant and neat, and ensuring it functions smoothly and seamlessly
Coordinate health and safety processes for Chicago
Implement HR policies and procedures in Chicago, and be the go-to person in Chicago for People related queries
Liaise with the building operators to ensure excellent security and facilities management
Act as a friendly, engaging front of house presence for candidates and visitors
Lead the on-boarding experience for new hires, coordinating with the relevant colleagues so that new starters feel welcomed and have all the necessary equipment and access before having to ask for it
Assist with recruitment co-ordination for Chicago, including scheduling phone screens and in person interviews
Manage the snacks and drinks supply for the office
Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements for colleagues visiting Chicago
Act as the Chicago ambassador for our social committee
Own the Chicago social calendar and staff celebrations
Ensure an excellent flow of communication among the Chicago colleagues, as well as from Chicago to Dublin and London

Your Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; we value education
Minimum 3 years in an Administration or Facilities role
Proven track record of organizing schedules, prioritizing a busy workload and creating new effective processes to enhance the functioning of a fast paced office environment
Experience in a tech and/or start up environment is a big plus
