We are seeking a Platform Operations Manager – US to join our rapidly growing global workforce in Chicago. A strong candidate for this position will be a talented, well organized, and process-driven individual who will act as an intermediary between key departments to ensure the firm meets its’ commercial objectives. This individual will join a global team of skilled specialists in managing our flagship trading platform, ThinkTrader.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement standard operating procedures to ensure a best-in-class trading experience
• Act as the main point of contact for operational and system issues, logging, and escalating issues to relevant teams
• Coordinate with global team members and senior managers on the documentation of policies and procedures
• Manage project priorities and provide regular progress updates on project statuses
• Participate in trading experience testing, bug finding, and documentation exercises
• Liaise with Development and Infrastructure teams to build proactive system and experience monitoring platforms
• Assess and analyze customer related statistics and data while reviewing patterns and trends
• Plan and conduct training on systems and procedures to maintain quality standards
• Produce weekly & monthly reports and presentations to the business
• Analyze data to formulate key metrics and KPIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years of experience mentoring junior team members
• Prior experience supporting financial trading platforms like CQG QTrader, Trading Technologies, Stellar, or similar trading platforms
• Extensive knowledge of global financial markets
