Premier Client Support Lead - Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase
Wholesale Payments business is going through a transformation requiring us to provide new services to our high volume clients. We are building a Premier Client Tech Support team which will be responsible for providing high quality support for technology solutions that are critical to satisfying business needs within a mature and complex technology environment. We are looking for a transformative leader with a track record of operating in an organization that values client experience, stability, resiliency and continuous improvement. This leader will drive building out of our Premier Client support capability in production management, partnering with Infrastructure, App Development, and Client Services teams to provide the best service for our premier clients. The leader of this team will also drive transformation strategy on how to support critical clients and critical business flows.
This position is global in reach, working with teams across the world. Successful candidates will demonstrate technical acumen across a broad reach of technologies and have the proven ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
- Technical understanding of monitoring and telemetry capabilities, ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace, Jaeger, Prometheus, and/or OpenTelemetry experience a plus
- Strong knowledge and experience across multiple platforms, including Cloud architecture
- Strong knowledge and experience transforming organizations
- Ability to influence across the organization, drive change and gain agreement to implement strategic standards
- Proven leadership skills with drive for continuous improvement
- Exceptional interpersonal, relationship and negotiating skills
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written (and ability to communicate clearly and at right level of detail)
