Job Description:
Supports key Customer Service priorities through the design and implementation of servicing strategies that simplify the customer experience, add business value, and mitigate risk. Develops and executes strategic insights to enhance customer and agent experience, system tools, and risk controls while also maintaining focus on continuous improvement. Monitors key performance metrics to proactively assess process for enhancements and provide actionable insights to drive efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Leads the delivery of strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives to support business goals.
- Designs and refines requirements for new initiatives, while effectively managing risk and proactively identifying potential issues
- Supports a healthy compliance management system by executing on key deliverables, maintaining excellent documentation, and proactively identifying gaps and opportunities
- Monitors performance of existing business processes with respect to operational efficiency, customer experience, service delivery, and compliance.
- Identifies enhancement opportunities based on ongoing monitoring of processes to maintain/ enhance process efficiency.
- Leverages relevant data within business process to drive insights that affect decision making and understanding of customer/employee experiences.
- Manages the development of agent materials, system tools, policy and procedures, and risk controls.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
- 3-5+ years of experience in large-scale project management
- 8-10+ years of experience in bank operations or similar customer service field
- 8+ years of experience of project management or strategic leadership in Customer Service, Financial Services, Operations Strategy/Execution or related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management or related field
Preferred Qualifications

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Lean Six Sigma certification, or equivalent lean methodology experience
- Scaled Agile certification or equivalent experience
