Security Technical Consultant

What you get to do in this role:
Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including:
- Application UI and Workflow Configuration
- Configuration of store based and custom integrations into Security Operations
- Development of required client specific reporting
- Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, REST, SOAP, etc)
- Interface with ServiceNow technical teams, such as Cloud Infrastructure, to successfully set up the SaaS platform
- Be a key member of the overall implementation project team
- Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related
- Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences
- Demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, either onsite or via Zoom
- Up to 50% travel annually
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments.
- Experience in Servicenow development activities, preference on SecOps product line
- Experience implementing custom and/or store integrations with the SecOps product line
- Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery
- Understanding of Networking and Security technologies: SIEM, IDS /IPS, vulnerability management, end-point protection, breach detection, and threat management. (Preferred)
- Knowledge of various attack vectors and intrusion methodologies: DDoS, malware, phishing, brute force, APT, etc. (Preferred)
- Actively participated in industry collectives and is a contributor to the security community. (Preferred)
- Cyber Security Industry Certifications (SANS, ISC2, Comptia, ISACA) (Preferred)
