We are seeking a Product Support Coordinator to join our Merchandise Operations team at Groupon Goods. The Coordinator will support the technology and tools needed to drive a growing list of initiatives.You will serve as an internal product expert and be the first point of contact to convey resolutions to internal stakeholders support tickets. You will also focus on troubleshooting, training, user acceptance testing and data updates.

 

To be successful in this role you will need to  possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to prioritize tasks, and enjoys working cross functionally on a close knit, highly distributed team.                

 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute day-to-day product support tasks including but not limited to troubleshooting, training, data updates

  • Solve support issues through our internal ticketing system

  • Work with various cross functional teams to understand business needs and deficiencies in tech

  • Gather key information and business requirements as part as a requirements definition and prioritization process

  • Help manage, track and communicate project timelines and key milestones

  • Facilitate strong cross functional communication

  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with key project stakeholders

  • Research, collect, and organize data

  • Give recommendations on operational topics

  • Provide post implementation support

  • Act as subject matter expert

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree Required

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a technical or software delivery environment  

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, SQL preferred

  • Have a very good working knowledge of the product and systems and be able to troubleshoot production issues  

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills

  • Comfort being hands-on in a fast paced, entrepreneurial startup environment

  • Ability to self-prioritize day-to-day tasks and responsibilities
