Representative, Credit Cards
- Assist customers who are interested in applying for a credit card, are in the pre-approval stage, or currently have a credit card with Avant.
- Work with a team while adhering to individual metrics.
- Help us better serve our customers by identifying and communicating process improvement opportunities.
- Must have at least one year of customer service experience
- Type 35 words per minute
- Able to work mandatory overtime
- Passionate about helping people
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Detail-oriented and quality focused
- Ability to work non-standard shifts
- Prior underwriting / loan processing experience
