Responsibilities

The Restaurant Food and Paper Solution Director will manage and drive technical solution realization from concept through market launch and drive revenue of $15-25mm per year. This  individual contributor will ideate, define and implement a profitable solution that is aligned with HAVI’s restaurant solution vision in collaboration with functional service lines, shared services, and our sister company, The Marketing Store Worldwide. We are looking for a high-performing and results-oriented individual who is passionately “customer centric” and has strong leadership and communication skills. The Solution Director will influence internal and external multi-functional teams to drive outcomes. Additional responsibilities:

 

  • Drive key realization, deployment and partnering decisions
  • Partner with the supply chain management Implementation team and the logistics business to set & execute a strategy for migrating existing legacy solution to our future platform
  • Drive relevance and continued profitability of the solution across HAVI
  • Define food & paper multi-year solution strategy and vision
  • Drive solution management from concept, to market adoption, through solution end-of-life
  • Partner with HAVI technology and logistics service lines to lead a solution roadmap that balances new revenue growth and existing customer needs
  • Evaluate and recommend new vendors or partners that support the solution vision
  • Advise partners and resellers on financial decisions
  • Collaborate with functional leaders including sales, marketing, operations, finance, technology and supply chain operations
  • Partner with sales in quarterly business reviews with HAVI leadership
  • Serve as thought leader, ambassador and public speaker in the market
  • Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders

Desired Skills & Experience

  • BA degree  (or equivalent work experience) 
  • 12+ years of overall food service experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Food Service or Restaurant Industry
  • Minimum of 5 years' product management experience managing $50M+ business
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and executive presence
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent team-building acumen
  • Sound business judgment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel 25-30%
