Job Description  

TITLE: Robotics Process Automation Manager

DUTIES: DFS Corporate Services LLC seeks Robotics Process Automation Manager in Riverwoods, IL to lead a group and be responsible for planning, structuring, leading and executing a portfolio of complex projects. Partner with various areas to identify process automation opportunities, define business requirements for those processes, and determine the feasibility of automation, as well as assist in the implementation of such solutions. Define the prioritization model for use cases and ensure benefits are realized into the bottom-line savings. Drive the delivery of projects ensuring engagement with stakeholders throughout individual projects keeping them informed of progress and issues as well as ensuring continued cooperation towards completion of each project. Interface directly with internal clients and business subject matter experts to assess and identify opportunities for process automation. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to execute and/or determine the feasibility of automation. Assist with the deployment of the automated process into production. Conduct post implementation validation to ensure the bot is performing as intended. Facilitate meetings with business SMEs and business technology. Provide regular updates to management on status of various initiatives. Promote a risk-aware culture to ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Financial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation: performing business and systems analysis, solution identification, gap analysis, and identification and prioritization of use cases for robotics process automation (RPA); performing process analysis and optimization, impact assessment and feasibility analysis, cost-benefit analysis, Return on investment (ROI) calculations, and low level and high level design; creating functional and technical documents, including Process Definition Document (PDD) and Solution Design Document (SDD); conducting pre-discovery and discovery sessions with business users to elicit business and user requirements; utilizing RPA platforms, including UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere; supporting all stages of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including end-to-end testing, bug fixing, production issue resolution, troubleshooting, and training of software bots and programmed automation; utilizing HP Application Lifecycle Management, SQL Server Management Studio, JIRA, MS Visio, Oracle, and Sybase. In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in any field and one (1) year of information technology experience to meet the educational requirement.
